She previously served as an Executive Director of <strong>United Bank for Africa (UBA)<\/strong>, where she was also CEO for UBA\u2019s International Business and Country CEO for <strong>UBA America<\/strong>. She holds a <strong>Master of Business Administration<\/strong>&nbsp;from <strong>Aberdeen Business School, Robert Gordon University<\/strong>, is a <strong>Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute (UK)<\/strong>, and a member of the <strong>Association of MBAs<\/strong>. She also holds a <strong>Corporate Governance Certificate<\/strong>&nbsp;from <strong>Wharton Business School, University of Pennsylvania<\/strong>, and a <strong>Leadership Certificate<\/strong>&nbsp;from <strong>Harvard Business School<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Obinna Ufudo<\/strong>&nbsp;brings over 30 years of leadership experience across banking, investment, energy, and corporate transformation. He previously served as <strong>Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer of Heirs Holdings<\/strong>, and as <strong>President and Group CEO of Transnational Corporation of Nigeria (Transcorp)<\/strong>, where he led a successful turnaround and oversaw the landmark acquisition of the <strong>Ughelli Power Plant<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He is the <strong>Founder and Chairman of Atiat Leasing Limited<\/strong>&nbsp;and <strong>Co-Founder and Chairman of LoanBook Limited<\/strong>. Ufudo holds advanced executive and postgraduate qualifications from <strong>The Wharton School (AMP)<\/strong>, <strong>University of Reading (MSc, Chevening Scholar)<\/strong>, and <strong>IESE Business School (Executive MBA)<\/strong>. He is also a <strong>Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Commenting on the appointments, <strong>Founder and Group Chair of Heirs Holdings, Tony O.
