SLRSA Partners with WanGov to Enhance Digital Service Delivery

The Sierra Leone Road Safety Authority (SLRSA) has taken a significant step toward improving public service delivery by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with WanGov, a leading digital government platform. The partnership aims to leverage technology to boost efficiency in government services, particularly through the introduction of an online payment system.
Under this collaboration, citizens will be able to conveniently access and pay for various SLRSA services online. The initiative is expected to reduce bureaucracy, eliminate long queues at banks, and promote greater transparency in revenue collection.
With WanGov’s expertise in digital governance, SLRSA will enhance the accessibility, speed, and user-friendliness of its services. This partnership aligns with the government’s broader vision of driving digital transformation, improving public sector efficiency, and strengthening accountability.
The MoU underscores SLRSA’s commitment to modernizing its operations and embracing technology to deliver better services to the public.
