Information and Civic Education Minister, Chernor Bah, revealed that Sierra Leone would now be a part of the global internet revolution.
At a recent Tech Conference hosted by President Julius Bio, a representative from Space X flew in to deliver this groundbreaking news. Space X, founded by the visionary Elon Musk, offers wireless digital internet connectivity that aims to provide high-speed internet access to every corner of the globe, without the need for traditional infrastructure.
Minister Chernor Bah emphasized that with Space X, all you need is the right equipment and a clear view of the sky to access high-speed internet in Sierra Leone. This development is a game changer for the country, promising cheaper, faster, and more accessible internet for all citizens. The Minister was thrilled to share that all regions of Sierra Leone would benefit from this initiative, ensuring that internet service becomes more reliable and convenient nationwide.
In an exciting turn of events, Minister Bah received immediate confirmation of Sierra Leone’s inclusion in the Space X network, right after the announcement was made. Moreover, he encouraged all Sierra Leoneans to visit Starlink.com, create an account, and order the necessary equipment to be a part of this incredible development.
